Each domain defines the analytic questions it answers, the methods it applies, and the advisory work it supports. Publications are listed under the domain they belong to.
Threat Finance and Sanctions
Research on threat-finance networks, sanctions enforcement architecture, and the control structures that make financial denial effective.
Export Controls and Technology Security
Research on controlled technology, jurisdictional classification, and the transfer pathways that regulation is designed to interrupt.
Defense Industrial Base and Strategic Sourcing
Research on supplier dependency, sourcing concentration, and the structural exposure that financial diligence does not surface.
Cybersecurity and Attestation
Research on control implementation, evidence sufficiency, and the exposure created when attested posture exceeds documented reality.
Statecraft and Policy Analysis
Research on how enforcement, trade, and financial instruments combine into strategy, and the authority limits that constrain them.
How publications are produced
Every publication declares its type, status, and version. Probability and analytic confidence are labeled on separate axes. Sources are classified by reliability, limitations are stated explicitly, and advocacy language is excluded.
Publications pass documented release and quality review before public release. Once released, each carries a persistent identifier and a formatted citation. The full standard is described on the methodology page.
The existing open-source corpus, published independently under CC BY 4.0, remains available at the WP-2026 repository. A curated Sanctir edition is in preparation.
