The WP-2026 research corpus
A body of open analytic frameworks across sanctions enforcement, illicit-finance control, competitive statecraft, and counter-proliferation finance — the same methods applied in advisory work, documented and citable.
The WP-2026 series documents the frameworks, matrices, and indices that underpin Sanctir advisory engagements. It spans sanctions enforcement architecture, illicit-finance node control, litigation-resilient statecraft design, and a georeferenced global enforcement-targeting index, across more than sixty documents in ten analytical domains.
The corpus is licensed under CC BY 4.0. A structured, individually indexed and citable library of the full series is in preparation; in the interim, the collection is maintained in the WP-2026 repository.
Selected frameworks: SIEGE-01 (Multi-Channel Financial Denial), AML-01 (Illicit Finance Node Control Matrix), PERSIST-01 (Litigation-Resilient Statecraft Architecture), and SENI-01 (Strategic Enforcement Node Index, 374 nodes).
