Key publication pending

A hardware-backed OpenPGP key is being provisioned. Until it is published here, use Signal (Sanctir.15) for encrypted communication. Do not transmit sensitive material by unencrypted email.

When published, the key fingerprint will appear on this page and the key will be referenced from /.well-known/security.txt. Verify the fingerprint through a second channel before relying on it.

Handling

What not to send

No channel listed on this page is an authorized system for classified national security information, controlled unclassified information subject to a contractual handling requirement, or export-controlled technical data. Encryption is not authorization.

If an engagement requires handling of controlled material, the handling method and authorized environment are established in the engagement agreement before any transfer occurs. Where counsel is involved, privileged material should move through counsel.

Do Not Transmit

  • Classified information
  • CUI under contractual handling requirements
  • ITAR / EAR-controlled technical data
  • Privileged material outside counsel
  • Personal health information
