Information collected
Sanctir LLC collects information you voluntarily provide when you make contact: name, organization, email address, and whatever you choose to describe about your inquiry. Sanctir deploys no cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising tools on this site.
Use of information
Information you send by email, telephone, or encrypted message is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if mutually agreed, to scope a potential engagement. Information is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose other than responding to your inquiry.
Data handling and retention
This site operates no contact form and no third-party form handler. Inquiries arrive directly by email, telephone, or encrypted message, and are held in Sanctir’s own mail and messaging systems. Correspondence relating to inquiries that do not proceed is retained no longer than 90 days. Records relating to accepted engagements, and records retained for legal, tax, conflict-of-interest, or security purposes, are retained as required. Suppression records may be retained to honor deletion or no-contact requests. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting contact@sanctir.com.
External dependencies
This site loads no third-party analytics or tracking scripts, and no JavaScript of any kind. Web fonts and stylesheets are self-hosted from the same origin. The site initiates no external requests.
Sanctir does not deploy its own analytics or tracking technologies. The hosting provider may process routine network and security metadata — such as IP address, browser type, request timestamp, and requested URL — as necessary to deliver and protect the service. Sanctir does not use this metadata for analytics, profiling, or marketing.
